We used Cruise Planners franchise owner Ann Leedberg to plan our road trip to our nephews wedding in North Carolina. She booked our lodgings for us and her recommendations were great! Absolutely loved the hotel Lyle Washington DC. The location was beautiful and felt very safe and the room was comfortable and attractive. On our way home, she booked us in Afton, VA which is an absolutely gorgeous area in the Blue Ridge Mountains, so lovely, in fact, that we hope to go back and visit for a longer time. The second photo is from an excellent winery we found there called Hazy Mountain Vineyard and Brewery.
Ann is not just excellent at planning cruises on the water, she is a pro for land travel, as well! I had the best trip to France. I was clueless and Ann took care of EVERYTHING. She knew I was very concerned a/k/a panicked that I would get lost and wouldn't know where to go once I got off the plane or the boat. So, she even arranged to have a car waiting for me. She's been to most places and likely has personal experience with the area you are travelling to and has great recommendations and suggestions. I had the best trip to France. We booked a Viking Ocean cruise and had nothing but problems with Viking! Ann has been there the ENTIRE time with us, even after the cruise trying to resolve ISSUES with Viking! This is the third trip we booked with Ann, all Viking. This time we brought four of our friends with us and they too were impressed with Ann’s responsiveness and attention to detail. Everything went well until the return flights were changed by the airlines on a Sunday. By the time we contacted Ann on Monday she was already on it! I have worked with Ann @ Cruise Planners on two upcoming international trips scheduled for later this year and I can not say enough good things about the experience. Trying to incorporate the wants and needs of multiple people isn’t easy but Ann made it seem effortless.
